Family Friendly 2 Bedroom Condo -sleeps 6

Save money by booking directly. We don’t charge any extra fees at checkin, like they do at the front desk. Beach is straight out back across the dunes, there are 3 outside pools, a lazy river, hot tub, plus inside pool & hot tub, snack bar & gift shop. There are great views of the beach & ocean from the condo. Our policy is a guest must be 25 years old to book, stay the entire time & provide proof of age. Per the HOA No MOTORCYCLES/Trailers. The space The kitchen, dining area and living room are all one big space! It’s great when we’re altogether eating and just hanging out. The balcony is fun with 2 rocking chairs, you can sit and watch the sunrise and rock away. The Master has a king sized bed, flat screen TV and an attached bathroom that includes a laundry closet with a washer/dryer. The second bedroom has 2 queen sized beds with 2 dressers and a flat screen TV. There is a second bathroom also. Guest access Beach Colony Resort is ocean front and has outside and inside pools and hot tubs, an inside/outside bar with great food! Also a separate snack bar with ice cream for the kiddies. Plus a beach store if you forgot something, and a new gift shop too. Lawn space with lounge chairs, tables w/ umbrellas, hammocks and rocking chairs. There is also a a game/arcade room. Other things to note The condo is on the 10th floor. There are elevators in the building to access the 10th floor. There is a parking garage beside the resort for your use. You will need a parking pass, the cleaner will leave it, in the condo for you. To note: if you have a vehicle 6’ or less it is easier to park on multiple floors. Parking for vehicles 6’2” is limited parking. The door has an electronic lock. I will send guests the code after 4:00p.m. on their check in date.
