The perfect getaway for large groups and families that want to stay together but have their own spaces. 2.3 Miles to Cooperstown All-Star Village and 18 Miles to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Close to restaurants and dining, family-friendly activities. The location gives you the option to walk 4 blocks to the center-city of Oneonta or a short drive. On our main streets you will have access to dining, bars, local shops, a brewery and much more. Grocery stores are a short drive. The space This 8 bedroom and 4 bathrooms is a perfect rental for a large group. A Washer and dryer is on the property for your use. The first floor is a large 4BR apartment. It can be accessed from the front porch as well as a private side door. It consists of 4BR, One Bath, kitchen and living room. Three of the bedrooms have queen beds and one has a full sized bed. The second floor has a two bedroom and a one bedroom apartment. The two bedroom has its own living room, kitchen and bath. One queen and one full size bed. The one bedroom is a full size bed. The second floor one bedroom has its own kitchen, living room, dining room, and bath. This is a queen sized bed. This apartment also has its own side entrance that leads to the parking lot out back. The third floor has a private 1 BR apartment with a built in queen bed, open living and kitchen area and a nice bathroom with a skylight. Most bedrooms have window air conditioners. One bedroom on the first floor and one in the two bedroom have fans only because the windows do not accept air conditioners. Fans are provided. In the back there is a parking lot for five cars and two more can be parked adjacent to the house. A grille and picnic table are provided as well as lounging chairs in the front porch. Guest access Tenants will either be met at the house or provided keys in a lockbox. Tenants will have full run of the property during their stay. We have a large parking lot in the back of the house for parking as well as grilling outside. Other things to note This is a great rental for a large group. Everyone can stay at the same place but at the end of the day have their own spot to retire to. The street is located on west st, this is a main access road to the universities. I would call this a medium traffic street for our town. Temperatures in the area over the summer generally range from 65 to 85 during the day for highs and 55 to 70 per night. We occasionally get a couple days in the 90's and never have ever seen 100 here! It can sometimes be rainy but generally it's typical to have evening summer thunderstorms from time to time.
