Trendy Industrial Studio Perfect for Beer Lovers!  Recently renovated, this beautiful studio in Bellevue is perfect for the lone traveler or couple eager to explore Pittsburgh's fabulous parks, craft breweries, and nightlife!  Airbnb is located directly above one of Pittsburgh's very own-- Lincoln Avenue Brewery!-- which is open 6 days a week, serving soups, salads, sandwiches, beers (of course!), wine,  and cocktails and a hearty brunch on Sundays. The space Updated and mod, we recently renovated this sweet studio! We provide heat, AC, and free Wi-Fi, a dog dish for your furry friend (well-behaved and housebroken dogs only, please!) and a fully stocked kitchen so you can bring home groceries and keep snacks on hand. We provide the coffee pot for your morning cup of joe, dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. Your very own towels & and the coziest queen bed await you-- you can relax at home with Netflix or recharge to take advantage of all that Pittsburgh has to offer.  The kitchen is fully stocked so you can prepare dinner for a cozy night in, or you can grab an Uber or the bus to enjoy a night out on the town! Safe walking neighborhood complete with pharmacies, parks, skate park, library, taco joint, pizza, Thai & Chinese food, adorable ice-cream shop, and a juice/smoothie place just steps away from your new favorite Airbnb.  Every stay will include new bedding and towels that are yours to take home at the end of your stay! When you book with us, we block our calendar for you and commit to having this unit ready for you. Please check our cancellation rules before you book. The rate shown is the discounted long-term rate for 30 Day or longer bookings. When we have a few weeks available between 30-day bookings, we will offer 3-night or longer stays at an increased rate. Guest access You'll have the entire studio to yourself! Other things to note We welcome well-behaved, housebroken dogs for a $75/month pet fee. Furry friends are not allowed on the furniture. If dates are blocked on the calendar, this means the unit is already booked.
