Stylish & Cozy Private Cottage in Greenwood

New private, cozy, and stylish backyard cottage in the heart of Greenwood. Just one block away from major bus lines, some of the best breweries and bars, large supermarket, excellent restaurants and a great family park. While close to everything, our guest house is surrounded by greenery which makes it feel like a little oasis in the center of it all. The space Our guest house is brand new with high end finishes and personal touches to make sure you have the most comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basic tools and gadgets you would need, plus many more you might not expect. And for those of you as particular about your coffee as we are, we have a Nespresso machine and pods, pour over coffee maker, french press, and drip coffee machine for you to choose from. The living room has a cozy couch to curl up on by the gas fireplace and watch a movie on the 65" TV that includes DirecTV with HBO, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. The bedroom features a king-sized Leesa Hybrid mattress with organic cotton sheets, nightstands with charging stations, a full dresser, and motorized blackout privacy shades. The bathroom has a full-sized shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available to you as well as a Washlet bidet toilet and bluetooth speaker fan. If you need to do work during your stay, the cottage features a designated work area with a desk and comfortable chair. The easiest way to access to the cottage is through the back alley and you have 1 designated parking right next to the unit. *PLEASE NOTE: it is a narrow dirt alley and is quite bumpy so please drive very slowly. Alternatively, there is free street parking at the front of the property. For those Seattle days without rain, the cottage has a private front deck just for your use with chairs and a table for you to enjoy. Guest access You will have the entire guest house to yourself along with 1 free, designated parking spots.
