Cozy Country Farmhouse ...private upstairs apt

A LITTLE BIT COUNTRY ! A very cozy country feel but close in! Ten minutes from I-5 freeway and five mins from 512 freeway! Only eight mins to adorable old town Puyallup. You'll have a private entrance & a spot to park near the entrance! NO SMOKING of any kind inside the house or near entrance… smoking aloud under the carport on the left of the barn. A small silver pail provided for ashes & cig buts ( Please dispose of them in outdoor green garbage can) thank you! NO SHOES upstairs please ! The space You’ll feel like your in the country in the private large outdoor area behind the barn where you can hang out, play Croquet or just sit relax and listen to the neighbors horses & watch my goats & bunnies ! Guest access You may bbq in the back with a small bbq provided also charcoal & a lighter that are provided. There is also a fire pit on wheels to enjoy a small fire ( wood provided) Please pull the fire pit out onto the grass area TY 🙏 If there is a BURN BAN the use of the fire pit is off limits of course. You may stroll to the side yard next to the driveway to watch the sunset or take in the territorial view. If your feeling like a walk you can explore the front pasture ( please message me if you’d like to do this so I can bring my dog In) or walk down the driveway for a neighborhood stroll…. (Walking to the right then turning left up 88th St is a beautiful stroll) The area behind the barn between the old trailer and the cyclone fence is also available Message, text or call me if you have questions! PRIVATE AREAS… The area around and behind the little rental house at the top of my driveway is private, for the tenants use only! The fenced in deck & fenced in yards around the main house are also private for me and my families use only. Thank you During your stay I am available for you to meet if you’d like … just message me to set it up. I can stay on my fenced in deck area and we can meet and chat for a bit! Other things to note You will be staying in my cozy upstairs farmhouse! Sorry but we have a no shoes upstairs policy & no one under the age of eight Is aloud to stay upstairs because of the low windows! You will have a private entrance through the back door! Go straight up the stairs (warning the stairs are steep) & shut the door at the top for privacy! There is a microwave an Air fryer & fridge with a small table to eat at! There is limited cooking in a small microwave oven but please be careful not to spill on the carpet
