Timberline Condominiums is a lodge that manages 81 privately owned condos in the gorgeous Rocky Mountains of Snowmass Village that sits at an altitude of 8,800 feet. You will enjoy sitting at the swimming pool and hot tube while taking in the view of the area. A short walk down the hill are shops and restaurants. Timberline offers free shuttle rides around the village including the grocery store only 5 minutes away. A front desk staff to help you with all your needs. Come and enjoy. The space This spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom ground floor condo offers 965 square feet of comfortable living space, perfect for families or friends traveling together. Ground floor access makes coming and going after a day on the slopes effortless, with a bench and hooks in the entryway for storing gear and outerwear. The open floorplan flows seamlessly from the gourmet kitchen to the living room, creating a welcoming space to gather and relax. The kitchen features custom glass and wood cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and a large island with seating for three, providing everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals after a day exploring Snowmass. The living room is designed for comfort, with two spacious couches, a large flatscreen TV, and a gas fireplace that adds a cozy ambiance on winter days. Large glass doors fill the space with natural light and open to a patio, perfect for enjoying morning coffee or soaking in the fresh mountain air. The primary bedroom is a peaceful retreat with a king bed, high-quality linens, ample wardrobe space, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-and-tile corner shower. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with a twin trundle underneath, and a second full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination is located just across the hall. The living room sofa converts into an additional bed for extra guests. Timberline has no elevators, so please ask if assistance with luggage is needed. The condo does not have air conditioning, but floor fans help keep the space comfortable, and pets are not allowed due to possible allergies. Laundry rooms with coin-operated washers and dryers are available in two locations on the property. Professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association, the front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and serve as your main contact during your stay, while bell staff can provide airport pickups and transportation around the Village. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee during the winter ski season and is currently free in the summer. On-site dining is available at The Edge Restaurant and Bar during peak season, making this condo a convenient and cozy home base for your Snowmass adventures. You will be asked to provide a credit card for incidentals (room damages, restaurant charges, etc.) and a photo ID at check in. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner. You’ll receive a text message with a link to complete our pre-arrival registration five days before check-in.
