Look no further than this Five Star bedroom with a private bathroom, close to Exit 2 on I-93 with shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Yet the property is located on a quiet cul-de-sac road. This lovely home also has free parking available on the street and sometimes on the premises. Make it your place to comfortably stay today! The space Great value for a bedroom approx. 9.5 feet by 10.5 feet with a Private Bathroom and a queen-size bed. The bed has two pillows, a memory foam mattress, a black comforter, and black sheets. There is no access to kitchen but you’ll have a microwave and a mini fridge in your room. The sheets may also be gray or purple. The perfect place for tax-free shopping, exploring the surroundings, and having fun at Canobie Lake Park. You can check-in between 1 pm and 10 pm. Later than 10 pm check-in is possible but not guaranteed. Later check out is NOT possible. The checkout time is 12 pm. Guest access The rental includes only the bedroom with its private bathroom. Access to the living room is only for walking to your Airbnb room. Although you pass through this sitting area and can see the nearby kitchen while walking to the Airbnb suite, for family reasons we must ask you not to use them. Smoking is allowed only outside. During your stay Cozy, clean, and quiet. Self-check-in. Minimal human interaction but I'm available when needed. Excellent for privacy. My Airbnb is a quiet place, however since my Airbnb is a room in the house that I live in you may hear us talking and normal low level house activity noise. Other things to note * I don’t accept 100% of the inquiries. To be accepted, your Airbnb account must be in good standing with good reviews. It is also unlikely I’ll accept guests with no reviews on their Airbnb account. * *My Airbnb is not suited for anyone with housing problems and needing long-term rentals. The maximum length per booking is one week. * Please do not request any extra amenities or accommodations. All the amenities and accommodations I offer are listed. * If you don’t read and acknowledge my rules, I’ll likely not accept your booking request. * Booking the room by mistake wrongly thinking my Airbnb is in Massachusetts or for any other similar reasons does not constitute reason for a refund.
