Ravenna/Roosevelt Roost: Walk to Greenlake and UW

Welcome to our , lower level garden apartment in the lively Ravenna Neighborhood of Seattle. With a walk score of 90 you can find your way to nearby Green Lake, U Village, UW, Whole Foods, and dozens of local pubs, restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping. We are a short drive to Children's Hospital, UW Medical Center or an express bus|light rail to all of Seattle's Downtown attractions. The space This smart, open floor plan with modern furnishings and amenities will make your stay convenient and comfortable. The apartment is located in the daylight lower level of our home with a fully equipped kitchen, renovated bathroom, a dining area and living room. The 700 sq. ft. space "lives large" with cozy seating for 4+ in the living room which includes a sleeper sofa that will accommodate 1-2 additional guests. The spacious bedroom has a queen sized bed with a down comforter, a dresser, desk and over-sized closet. Amenities include a 42 inch TV with Cable, Netflix, and DVD player. A self-contained washer/dryer are available for long term (7+days) guests. Just outside your door is a private back yard and patio with a BBQ and seating. Permitted parking is on the street in front of the house or a few doors away. A parking permit is provided with the Airbnb. There is a family of two, sometimes three, and a dog living above the apartment. If you are looking for complete quiet this may not be the perfect option for you. There are stairs required to access the apartment and it may be important to note that the bathroom is not attached to the bedroom. It is located near the front door and kitchen area. Guest access Enter from the gate on the north side of the house (on your right when facing the house). Follow the landscaped pathway along the side of the house to the back yard. The first door you see is the entry to the apartment which is accessed with an electronic key pad code. Other things to note Because we think it's the little things that make your stay memorable, our pantry is stocked with Olive Oil, sugar, salt and pepper, spices, tea and a Nespresso coffee system.
