Welcome to our Sandbanks vacation home, an ideal family vacation rental located in the heart of Prince Edward County on Sheba's Island, minutes from Sandbanks Provincial Park (2k, 1.6 mi) and 3 amazing beaches. Sheba's Island overlooks Sandbanks and is connected to the mainland via a causeway (road), so you get the best of both worlds: an island living experience but you can drive there! Our 4,500 square foot, 5 bedroom lakefront house is elegantly decorated and fully furnished. The space The house contains 5 bedrooms with 10 beds, perfect for families, maximum 10 people. Both the main floor and downstairs areas of this backsplit home have stunning panoramic views of the lake and access to the outdoors. Included are a variety of games, activities and features for the whole family to enjoy. - Lakefront property, minutes from Sandbanks Provincial Park (2k, 1.2 mi) - Fully furnished, and fully stocked kitchen - Wide range of features, amenities, children's toys/games and books - Summer (July 1-September 1), 7-night minimum Saturday-Saturday, a 4% County Accommodation Tax that owners are required to collect and remit. - Spring (May and June) and fall (September and October), 4-night minimum, a 4% Accommodation Tax that owners are required to collect and remit. * no pets, no smoking * dock, but not for motorized water vehicles * WiFi onsite, but no cable Upon booking, we will send you a comprehensive document that contains a list of everything you need to know, including directions, recommendations in the area, and instructions on usage of household electronics and appliances and other amenities. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house, grounds and the garage, which includes various sized bicycles, a canoe, 2 kayaks and beach toys. Other things to note - We provide 2 annual Sandbanks Provincial Park parking passes for your use during your stay. - There are bicycles of various sizes, a canoe, a two-person kayak and a single kayak available for your use during your stay.
