StoneHill Stables

Stonehill stables has been serving families since 1826 when it was known as Stone Hill school house. It is a convenient location for shopping, dining and entertainment. It is the perfect place for families with kids of all ages and also for a romantic retreat for a couple looking for some peace and quiet. The space At Stonehill stables you will see a goat, miniature donkey, cats and a dog named Stonee. There is a creek to wade in and frogs to catch. A playground and pool is available for kids of all ages to enjoy. You can also enjoy a fire pit to roast hotdog and make s’mores for a great evening under the stars. Guest access StoneHill is an 800 square-foot space with a queen bed in the loft and a fold out Futon on the bottom floor. I have several bed toppers that are available for you to use. The couch can be used as a bed also. There is one bathroom with a shower. The kitchen area is more of a bar with most things families need for cooking. You are welcome to use the outdoor grill as well. There is a deep freeze available for your use out in the tack room of the barn if needed. If there is something else you think you may need, please let me know, and I will try my best to make you and your family as comfortable as I can. Other things to note The bathroom is not a shared space. The pool and hot tub are shared with me as the owner. I sometimes have my granddaughters over to swim. I will always communicate out of respect to make sure I am not invading your privacy. In order to use the hot tub I ask my guest to check in with me first to make sure they understand all instructions.
