Cute Palm Desert Condo - 1 Bedroom - Pickleball

Lovely 1 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in the community of Desert Breezes Resort. This condo is a single level end unit and overlooks a beautiful pool surrounded by palm trees. Centrally located with shopping, golf, hiking, and dining just within minutes. Other things to note This condo is located within a lovely timeshare community. While we take great care of the unit itself, the common areas (such as the pools and grounds) are maintained by the resort/HOA and are outside of our direct control. From time to time, you may see ducks visiting the pool areas—and occasionally they leave behind a little mess. They ask that you not feed the ducks and shoo them away if you see them. We’re always happy to report any issues to the HOA, though cleanup timing depends on their schedule. The resort also has a community-wide A/C setting that prevents the thermostat from being set below 72°F. This helps protect the system during the hotter days and months. To keep things comfortable, we’ve provided two fans in the condo for your use.
