Howdy and a big country welcome! We are a small, family owned business located on our ranch in the heart of Flaming Gorge, near Manila Utah. Where cattle and horses graze and wildlife frequent. We invite you to come and enjoy the "OLD WEST" charm of Rocky Ridge Outpost. Kick off your boots and hang your hat in one of our handcrafted log cabins, yurt, tipi or sheepwagon. Whether you reserve the entire venue or reserve an individual unit, you will enjoy a family friendly atmosphere for all ages. The space Our 14' x 24' Bronc Buster log cabin has a beautiful, unique log queen bed and log queen futon, with a full bathroom and kitchenette. Bedding and towels are supplied. There is heating, air conditioning, and ceiling fan. TV with Roku capabilities and WIFI. The kitchenette has a microwave, toaster, electric double hotplate, small fridge, pot & pan, dishware, basic utensils, dish soap, dish towels. Our water doesn't taste good so we provide a 5 gallon jug of drinking water. Outside is a covered porch and picnic table. Charcoal grills, propane camp stove and fire pit are located by the group pavilion. Firewood is available for purchase. No daily maid service is offered. No pets. No smoking inside wagon or shower house. A pavilion is located close by equipped with lights, power outlets, charcoal briquette grills and fire pit. Bundles of firewood are available to purchase. Next to the Pavilion is a large grassy area and playground. You can bring your own lawn games or enjoy some of ours, which include volleyball, horseshoes, tetherball, and corn hole. $25 deposit for game accessories is refundable when everything is returned. There is a small Country Store on site with snacks, drinks, ice cream, souvenirs and some essentials. On Site Activities Play at Grandpa's pond.
