Other things to note 🐛 A note on bugs: We hate bugs too! That’s why we have our properties treated regularly by a professional pest company. That being said, when temperatures and moisture levels change, you may see a bug. This is not an indication of cleanliness but a reality of living below sea level in the South. Keeping doors and windows closed properly is a great step to avoid this, and if you see anything you can call us, but seeing A bug will not be grounds for a refund. 🌳 Backyard note: The backyard is MOSTLY fenced but not all the way. If this is a deal breaker, keep this in mind.
