We just reopened after the September 2022 hurricane. Our building lobby and grounds may still be undergoing restoration during your stay as well as the rest of the island. This is a secure building with coded access. There are pool passes inside the condo for your use while a guest. Please do not loose these and leave them for the next guest. 10-14 days prior to your arrival you will receive the Check-in instructions with a private, secure lock code for our unit. Our unit at Estero Beach & Tennis Club sits directly on the Gulf offering stunning views of its sugar white sandy beaches and open waters. Just walking distance from restaurants and shopping as well as a marina and boat rentals, this condo complex is perfectly located on the Island. Great Florida style amenities including tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, bocce courts, swimming pool and sundeck. We provide beach chairs, umbrella, towels and cooler for your day at the beach. Bring your swimsuit and flip flops :0) You really do not need a car when you stay here at Estero Beach and Tennis Club. The beach trolley runs up and down daily for a small fee of .75. Uber and Lyft are also available. Walking to many beach bars and restaurants right from the condo grounds. Hurricane Ian slammed into Fort Myers Beach on September 28, 2022. We are still recovering from the destruction. Our condo only had some water intrusion from above. The buildings and grounds are continuing to be restored to original and better. Many establishments are opening regularly, but please understand there are many that were lost and the island is still recovering. FMB is still beautiful and we want you to come and enjoy yourselves.
