Other things to note No laundry in unit. There are nearby laundromats in both the towns of Necedah and in Adams. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, including decks. No additional guests are allowed outside of the number in the booking. Absolutely no parties. This is our home away from home - thanks! Please observe quiet hours. Onsite manager lives in the building. Outdoor pool, hot tub, and restaurants closed during winter months. Live music is often scheduled on weekends at the Tiki bar across from the condo during summer months.
