Comcast/Wi-Fi included. This space is best for 1 or 2 adults and up to 1 smaller child. The space So much to do - so close by! 10 min. drive to Lagoon, Salt Lake is only 20 minutes to the south. Ogden 15 minutes to the north. Full size kitchen with cooking ware so it's easy to cook if you want. Comcast TV with lots of channels - more than just basic to cuddle up in front of while you watch TV or enjoy the Roku based TV in the bedroom. Snowbasin is the closest ski resort and it's huge! If the weather is good, feel free to go outside and read a book under one of the many trees in the yard or make a snowman if there is snow. Take a walk around the block or up to the mountain. This space may be a little too "cozy" for 4 adults. Our guest group of 3 adults felt it worked well for them. We treat this more like a month to month furnished rental. We charge a low cleaning fee hoping our guests will take care of their home and when they leave we just have to do the deep cleaning. It’s also why we price it more comparable to an apartment. Guest access Full apartment is totally private. Includes full kitchen, bathroom, washer/dryer, living room and bedroom. Keyless entry. Off street parking. Mini Split furnace/A/C. Also has some heat from the basement furnace controlled outside the apartment but easy to control the temp with the mini split. Other things to note This is more like a short term rental without deposits required. No animals due to family allergies. No vaping or smoking on property. There is a folding desk in the closet that you are welcome to set up - or if we put it up, feel free to take it down if it's in your way. Please tidy up before leaving. Start dishwasher, take out garbage, pull sheets and start washer with 1 set of sheets. Thanks! There is a vacuum, mop and cleaning supplies in the apartment for you. For longer stays, you’ll probably need to restock supplies - I only put enough for a week to 10 days.
