Close to ATV and snowmobiles trails .Lots of parking space for cars and trailers. You will find a BBQ and a fire pit in the backyard. No smoking. Pet friendly by request. . The space Beautiful view in a quiet and intimate, lots of nature that is walking distance to the lake and public beach. House includes modern kitchen with all amenities. Main living room area has a breathtaking view of the mountains. Bancroft have great restaurants, McDonald ,Subway, Pizza, Tim Horton and Store like Foodland, Nofrills and LCBO. In the Town you can rent kayak or canoe.You can drive to Eagle Nest look out to beautiful Bancroft scenery, visit Egan Chutes P.P. or Princes Sodalite Mine Shop. Bancroft also offers theater, museum, Arts gallery, Croft shops, Golf courses, Parks,ATV trails and lakes with lots of fish. To swim they're 2 public beaches, L'Amable on my Rd and Diamond Lake on Old Diamond Lake Rd. Other things to note No guests younger than 25 year old but all younger guests are ok with parents or adults. NO SMOKING, PARTIES OR EVENTS.
