Oasis in the Valley

we have a mini oasis with a beautiful pool, spacious outdoor area, BBQ, and a separated bar. Our house has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths plus a den with a pull out couch, a Peloton bike, and a very large kitchen. Our driveway fits 4 cars easily and there is free parking on the street. The dining table can seat 6-10 comfortably, and our kitchen has cooking & serving tools. We have high speed wifi, and many smart home features. Near the 405/101, the house is amazing, so come enjoy our home! The space Our house is wonderfully unique. A smart house that feels like home. The tech with the character. There are two A/C & heating units that control different zones of the house, and a Wink Hub that controls the speakers, many of the outdoor lights, and more. There are quirks with the house just like any other, but having been quarantined here for 7 months has allowed us to get very familiar with it, and happy & lucky that we were able to have this place to ourselves. The backyard is just zen, a private oasis with a solar heated pool, bar, and outdoor speakers. The trees line the landscape so you have the ultimate privacy.
