House is updated with old character including original 1910 hardwood floors. House has a double car garage and a car port. There is a fenced yard with a deck. This property is well stocked and has roku and Netflix. House is centrally located in Great Bend near 10th and Washington. The space You get the whole place to yourself! There are 2 bedrooms upstairs, one has a queen bed and one has 2 twin beds. The 3rd bedroom is located in the basement. And additional private sleeping area with a twin bed is in the basement. Guest access You will have an access code Other things to note There is one camera on the property located on the garage. It is used to record the driveway and it shows part of the back door deck. I use it only to see if there is a car in the driveway to monitor if a guest is there or if someone is parking there when they shouldn’t be. It does not alert with motion or record.
