Each apartment includes 1 bedroom with a queen bed, a charming living room with a pull out queen in the sofa, a full kitchen, full bathroom, and laundry with a front load washer & dryer. Perfect for larger groups or 2 families traveling together! The units are connected by the front porch and back deck but also separated enough to enjoy your own space! Our home is over 80 years old and though greatly cared for shows its age in some places. Expect to find some loving wear, quaint aging, and charming patina both inside and out. It's perfectly located within walking distance from award-winning nightlife, grocery stores, restaurants, a local favorite record store/coffee shop/cafe, the delicious Shipley's Donuts, and just steps away from the fantastic Hattiesburg Zoo & Serengeti Springs Water Park.
