Enjoy the cutest stay in town—recently renovated and perfect for groups! You’ll have the whole house, featuring two 1-bedroom apartments, each with a queen bed, full kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and cozy living space (Unit B has a queen pull-out sofa). Great for families or friends traveling together, with shared porch and deck plus plenty of space to spread out! The space Relax on the spacious 24'x24' deck with peaceful views of a private pond—your own little escape in the heart of town. It offers a scenic, tucked-away vibe that feels like the countryside, while still being just minutes from everything. A perfect spot for morning coffee or unwinding at sunset! Our home is over 80 years old, and with that comes a lot of character! While it’s been lovingly cared for, you’ll notice touches of its age here and there—little signs of its history, charm, and personality both inside and out. It’s all part of the cozy, lived-in feel that makes this place special. Other things to note Beginning May 1st, 2025, a new city ordinance requires us to keep a record of all guests staying at the property. To comply with this regulation, a valid photo ID must be provided for each guest at the time of booking, sent through the in-app messages. For your convenience, we’ve provided a starter supply of essentials to help you settle in comfortably. You'll find coffee, cream, sugar, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry pods, dish soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover wipes. While these items are thoughtfully included to get you started, please note that they are not replenished during your stay. If you're planning to bring a golf cart for a Southern Miss game or some tailgating fun, just a heads-up—a permit is required to ride on The Longleaf Trace (only battery-operated carts are allowed). I’m happy to send you the permit application—just let me know! Since it’s processed by mail, it’s a good idea to allow plenty of time for approval.
