Easy access to the mountain and right on the Green line free shuttle line. Hop on and be at Eagle Lodge in less then 5 mins. The space Our condo is a spacious and warm unit in the heart of town. With one bedroom and bath on the main level and a large loft above with another bathroom, it is the perfect mountain retreat for a large family or group of friends. Sleep 6 comfortable with plenty of space to stretch out and put your things. With an easy-to-use pellet stove fireplace in the living room, you'll enjoy the feeling of sitting by the fire without spending your time trying to build it. The two couches in the living room make a great space to play games or watch a movie and between the counter seating and dining room table there is plenty of seating for the whole gang. Enjoy your coffee on the back balcony in the summer and in the winter you'll be happy that the hot tub is just a short distance out the front door. A ski locker out front, additional closet in the entry way and a convenient nook to hang all of your coats and gear help make our condo a perfect home base for you as you explore all that Mammoth has to offer. Guest access Our unit is conveniently located just steps to all the amenities of the complex. Don't worry about having to trek across the complex to get to the hot tub, sauna or laundry room; our unit is about as close as you can get. In the summer enjoy the tennis courts and complex BBQ. Monitor your older kids in the pool from the back patio or send the kids over to the game room for a game of ping pong, pool or video games while you get dinner ready in the well equipped kitchen. Other things to note *this condo does have a loft with an opening that looks down to the living room. Parents please use your best judgment. If your child is old enough to climb on a ledge but not old enough to know that’s dangerous please do not leave them unattended in the loft area. By booking you release the owner of any liability related to accidents resulted from children being left alone in the loft. *WINTER ONLY! I have smart thermostats in the unit. They are set to turn down when most people are out being active and start to warm up again when people start returning. They also adjust to 68 overnight to prevent people from waking up overheated. You can always override them by manually adjusting the temperature on the thermostats at your discretion. Heating the condo during the day when no one is there can be arranged for an additional $20/day upon request to cover the additional cost. *There is a Graco Pack n Play in the bedroom closet. As safety codes are constantly changing please look up the model to check for any recalls prior to using. Also my cleaners do not use ‘baby approved’ detergent so please bring your own linen and pad cover washed in your own detergent to protect your baby’s sensitive skin:) *there is a ring front door camera at the condo. There are no other cameras at the unit. It’s sole purpose is for security when the condo is not being rented and also to make sure the cleaners have the unit ready in time for check in. I do not monitor your comings and goings during your stay.
