Large clean home with grand views of South Manistique Lake facing west for Sunsets. Welcoming Summer, Winter and Fall vacationers. 135 feet of private lakefront, you can swim and fish and float & boat, but bring water shoes, this is Stoney Point. Cozy enough for just two and big enough for multiple families. Large yard, deck and patio space with an He and She shed loaded with fun. Home is fully stocked and offers a charcoal grill, outdoor seating, toys, and a dock. Easy access on paved street. The space Easy to find house on year round paved street just minutes from US2 and Curtis Mi. Lots of parking too. Very private setting and dead end road, great for walks. Find a very large bedroom upstairs with a king size bed, big windows and bathroom access with a deep (no jets) soaker tub/shower combo. Upstairs has the cozy living room with upper deck access. Lower level has the kitchen with large dining table and patio access with another large dining table. Another living room in lower level with a big bathroom with walk in shower. 3 more bedroom downstairs, one can be a king and a twin or 3 twins in it, ask for preference. Other bedroom also has a king size bed. There is a bonus room wit a twin, an air mattress is available extra sleeping on the abundant floor space. We enjoy the back deck for morning coffee and a nap in the hammock. The patio for eating, chilling, sunsets and watching the boats and birds float by. The lakefront has a fire pit, seating, two canoe's and the dock. The she shed has the grill, outdoor toys, life jackets, seating and painting area for painting rock, paint included. Please add to our rock garden at the Patio. The He shed has garage parking and an insulated side room with pool table, dart board and seating. BOATERS- We ask you use the Moore we have anchored out, as the winds can pick up and you may loose the boat off the dock. SLEDDERS- The tail to the lake is on the left side or South side of the home, it is a hill with canopy of trees and may be dependent upon snowfall for good trave. We use the lake to get to Wolf Bay or Curtis trail access. No trails close by without riding the road and they scrap all our snow away.. Guest access The whole home, garages and land is yours to use and play on. Other things to note Home has coffee pods, sugar and creamer, toiletries, towels, linens, extra blankets and extra beds. Cleaning supplies and soaps. Also Coffee bean grinder or ground reg. pot. Microwave, toaster, elec. stove with oven. Blender, two crock pots. Fans, extra heaters, tons of seating, fridge with freezer a dishwasher. Plenty of kitchen supplies along with some seasonings or oils too. BRING WATER SHOES FOR THE LAKE, good swimming once you get over the rocks.
