Forest Retreat - Private Parking and Entrance!

Private downstairs apartment of a split level home on the edge of Lynchburg in a lovely neighborhood. Twelve minutes to Liberty University and 20 minutes from downtown Lynchburg. Within walking distance of Thomas Jefferson's Poplar Forest which is beautiful to visit in the fall! Grocery stores and popular coffee shops are close by. Forty minute drive to the Peaks of Otter which is popular for hiking. Private parking area and entrance with personalized key-code access for easy self check-in! The space The space includes a bedroom with king-sized bed, a conjoining bathroom, a living area, a kitchenette, and outdoor patio and a picnic table. The kitchen doesn't have an oven or dishwasher but does have a sink, induction hot plates, and a mini toaster oven. The key-code entrance opens into the bedroom but there is a sliding glass door in the living area as well. It is best suited for 1-2 people but a pull out couch with a full-sized bed is available for additional guests if needed! Guest access Guest access includes a private driveway on the side of the house and the key-code door opens into the bedroom. Other things to note We are tucked away in a neighborhood with no street lighting, so driving at night may be a challenge. Let us know if you plan to arrive in the dark and I will leave the outdoor lights on for you! We do allow pets with a $75 pet fee and pets must be well accustomed to apartment style noise since they will definitely hear us upstairs.
