We have all the amenities you need for meals - gas grill, crockpot, griddle and double ovens. For evenings, we have a fire pit, camping chairs and smore sticks. We think you will love everything the area has to offer! We have three Ring cameras, outside only. One is on the doorbell, one is over the garage and one is in the backyard above the sliding doors. We use these for property maintenance, snow accumulation and for security reasons. Guests have access to our 4-acre lakefront property! This includes the home, large yard, fire pit, and lake access! It is full of high quality restaurants, a brewery, coffee shops, gift shops, antique stores, and more! Some of our favorites are Iron Range Eatery, Victual, Rafferty's, Mixed Company, Red Raven, Cuyuna Brewing, and Croft Pub & Grub. Crosby has a Farmer's Market every Saturday morning in town from 9 am - noon with cute, local treasures! One of the area's greatest features in the expansive Cuyuna Mountain Bike Trails. Abandoned by mining companies more than 30 years ago, this area now boasts 5,000 acres of regenerated vegetation. The area offers a variety of recreation opportunities including biking (paved and mountain bike trails), snowmobiling, fishing, boating, hiking, wildlife-watching, scuba diving, camping and more. The 30-mile long mountain bike trail system covers nearly 800 acres. Check out the Yawkey Mine Lake, or for a great view, go west through the Miner’s Mountain Rally Center to see the Miner’s Mountain Overlook and the Huntington Mine Lake. In addition to 27 miles of natural shoreline, six mine lakes connect to create 267 acres of continuous water; perfect for exploring by boat or canoe.
