The space This new home is lovely, comfortable and very private with lots of storage, beautiful shower on the main/upper level, plus the main bedroom, kitchen and living/dining area. The breakfast deck which opens off the kitchen complements the great outlook from the upper level. The first floor 2nd bedroom has a comfortable queen sofa bed and functions as the TV/entertainment room with acoustical privacy from the upper level. The first floor bathroom with bathtub is easily accessed from the 2nd queen bed bedroom. The washer and dryer are in a separate laundry room. Guest access Entire two floor cottage is for exclusive guest use. Parking near the entry provides direct easy access to to the home. Storage for luggage and bulky items is available on the first floor under the stairs.
