Guests can utilize the kitchen for storing food and minimal cooking. We are surrounded by a lot of fabulous restaurants. Guests can also relax out on the balcony where you can enjoy the tree-lined view and night stars (please no vaping or smoking of any sort). Other things to note STAIRS: There is 1 flight of stairs you will need to climb to get to my unit. PETS: Stella, the dog, mentioned frequently in earlier reviews is also a resident here. Must be ok with dogs. IDENTITY VERIFICATION: At check in, all guests staying at the property will be required to show a photo of their Government ID. This could be a driver’s license, passport, identity card, or visa. CLEANING: Guests are expected to keep shared spaces tidy and clean after themselves including taking out trash. However, bi-weekly cleaning for the entire home is provided free of charge.
