This listing is for both Units A & B. Welcome to island life in this shotgun-style bungalow. This unique property is close to everything Galveston has to offer. Walking distance to the beach, historic pleasure pier, numerous restaurants, and nightlife. There are bike rentals and streetcar stop a couple blocks away if you want to reach further destinations like the Hotel Galvez, Historic Strand District, San Luis Resort, or the famous Gaido's restaurant without a car. The space The two houses were built in the early 1950's and have been lightly renovated over the years to add modern comforts without the need for luxury rental rates. Although they didn't have to face The Great Storm of 1900, these houses survived Hurricanes Carla, Alicia, Ike, and Harvey as well as Tropical Storm Allison. Guest access Guests may access anywhere within the unit being rented (full access if both units are booked). The front and back yards are shared between the houses.
