Our Goose Point Getaway is a newly constructed, one bedroom apartment located in the lower level of our home. Completely private with its own entrance and no shared space with the owners. You can see a peek of Spruce Creek (a tidal inlet) from the bedroom window and deck. The space has been designed to offer a relaxed, comfortable get away experience. Our home is located in a quiet neighborhood on Goose Point which loops around Spruce Creek. The space Beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with a two burner stove top and micro/convection oven. We have provided some basic oils and spices for your use as well. Please note: cooking utensils, cutlery, napkins/placemats are found in the "hidden drawers" inside larger drawers. We have taken great care to provide you with a really comfortable bed and linens. A 55" Flat Screen LG TV is wall mounted in the bedroom. There is a queen size pullout couch with a memory foam mattress that is comfortable as well. Elegant bathroom includes rain shower, luxury towels, high quality shampoo/conditioner and hair dryer. Plenty of counter space and shelf to put your toiletries . Screened patio door and windows create a nice cross breeze or our quiet air conditioner will keep you cool on hot days. You have your own deck to relax on and enjoy an evening by the outdoor gas fireplace. Your stay includes: — complimentary bottle of wine and something "sweet" to great you — filtered water as well as a bottle of S.Pellegrino Sparkling Water — a selection of tea and Pete's coffee (half & half, sugar, sweet & low)
