The owners have provided everything you need for a fabulous getaway, including shampoo/conditioner/soap/sunscreen in the baths, folding beach chairs, beach umbrella, 10x10 folding beach canopy, beach sand toys, beach towels, boogie boards, 4 tennis racquets & 4 pickleball racquets & balls, beach cooler, and even a convenient folding cart for taking everything down to the beach through the elevator! Expandable dining table will seat 8 comfortably, plus there are 4 counter-height barstools at the kitchen bar. The COFFEE BAR features a "Ninja" brand specialty coffeemaker and is perfect for your morning java or as an adult beverage bar in the evenings. For the little ones, we provide a high chair, sink step-up stool, baby changing pad, baby wash tub, and Pack n' Play. We have TWO (2) units in this community, so please inquire for availability of our "Sand Dollar" unit, just down the breezeway and on the same floor as "C-Scape". Guests will have access to the entire unit except the locked Owner's closet. The property is on the top floor of a 3 story building with both elevator and stairway access. The front door entry lock is a pushbutton lock, so no keys are needed. The owner meets all guests at the property for check-in and a very brief tour. Guests will have access to the pool, tennis/pickleball court, and beach over the private dune walk-over. Sorry, HOA rules will not allow renters, guests, and visitors to have animals on the property. Mike and Karyn Carter are just a phone call or text away and live 35 minutes from the property in case of any needs during your stay. Our C-Scape property is located in the beautiful Seawatch Condo community of Vilano Beach, super-convenient to Publix Supermarket just 1/10 mile away, "Surfside" Pizzeria, and "Beaches at Vilano" Restaurant on the Matanzas River which is one of our favorites. These local restaurants feature live music on the weekends and Beaches has a large outdoor deck & tiki bar overlooking the water. Beaches also rents jet skis and pontoon boats! Just a 7 minute drive or Uber to downtown St. Augustine to enjoy lots of local restaurants and attractions. It's a short 7 minute drive or Uber to Downtown St. Augustine, or an easy walk or bike ride to Publix, Surfside Pizzeria, or Beaches at Vilano Restaurant by the boardwalk through the neighborhood across the street from the property. It leads under the big Vilano Bridge and leads directly to the Publix parking lot, Vilano Fishing Pier, and the restaurants. All unique features of the property will be pointed out to the guest at check-in.
