This gooseneck tiny home offers a unique living experience with shiplap walls, an exposed wood ceiling, and a blend of cozy and functional design. Accommodating up to five guests, the home features two queen beds—one secluded in a private bedroom with a chic sliding barn door and the other perched in a loft accessible by charming steps. The living area, equipped with a TV and a convertible loveseat, provides a comfortable space to unwind. Our fully-equipped kitchen with a farmhouse sink, window bench, and full-size gas range invites you to prepare meals or enjoy your morning brew with a view. Step outside to your private patio, perfect for evening relaxation by the fire pit or a casual BBQ. While we welcome your furry friends, please ensure they're pre-approved with a modest pet fee for their stay. Note that weekends are reserved for full enjoyment—Friday bookings include Saturday stays. Be sure to visit the creek and gather around the communal fire pit, which is provided with wood. Other things to note Mills River is located conveniently between Brevard and Asheville. We are located 25 minutes from downtown Asheville and 15 minutes to Brevard. Enjoy all the outdoor activities that this area has to offer from Mountain biking to hiking near waterfalls at Dupont State Forest and Pisgah National Forest. You can then enjoy the many breweries or restaurants in this area. Sierra Nevada Brewery and Oscar Blues are just 10 minutes away! * 3 Night Minimum required for all holidays.
