The Sassy Seahorse is only 3-4 blocks from the top-rated white-sand beaches (Bean Point) and the best shops and restaurants on the North end of the Island. The large lot and fenced landscaping provides privacy and highlights the lush Florida vegetation and new, glass-tiled pool. It's great for couples, solo adventurers, or small families (with kids), and furry friends (pets)...but not so good for Spring Breakers and party people. Guests talk about how we have provided everything they need in the kitchen...but the groceries. They also love the special decor that mixes beach with whim. Our Bean Point area is most popular for those who love to walk the area and enjoy the beach without having to drive anywhere. Because our rental is on the North end of the Island, our area has minimal traffic to worry about. Oh, that reminds me. Be sure to use the free shuttle that goes up and down the entire island. Catch it at Pine Avenue and North Bay, a 5-minute walk. Traffic is horrendous during season once you get ten minutes South, BUT here on the North End (Bean Point), you'll have no problems and you can use the Shuttle down the main roads all the way the Coquina Beach.
