Large yard. located just off the 580 and the 13 freeways in Oakland and close to everything. One block from one of the most beautiful trails in the east bay. Super close to tons of state parks and yet just 15 minutes to San Francisco The unit has a private entrance, private bathroom and full equipped kitchen. No pets please. The space Very close to many of the trails in the East Bay. While only a few minutes to downtown you feel like you are in the country. Pool access can Only be arranged on a requested basis if nobody else has already booked it through Swimply. The pool is closed October till May. Deck is available in the winter though. BBQ can be arranged to use on request. Guest access BBQ available upon request Other things to note Additional Parking after one car on the property is available in front of my fence. I am allergic to cats so dogs are ok but not cats. There are three very sweet and small dogs that live here on the property. We have almost an acre of land that is enclosed.
