Location, Location, Location! Located at Rudee Inlet. Walk across the street and you’re on the boardwalk! This ‘crash pad’ has a sleeper (pull out) couch, TV, desk, kitchenette, and private bathroom. Beach towels, beach blanket, & chairs are available for use. NOTE: This is a VERY SMALL one room low-priced crash pad. Offered for those who prioritize price over comfort while wanting to be near the beach. The unit is private with no shared access Unit is small & not suited for long stays The space Cozy Private one room suite with no shared access. There is a bathroom with shower and a kitchenette with mini refrigerator Guest access There is an electronic lock for access at guest convenience. Other things to note Early check in is normally easy to accommodate. Please inquire with host Parking is limited. One parking space available There is an outdoor shower to help clean up after enjoying the beach (seasonal availability) No pets or smoking is allowed in the unit. A $50 fee will be charge to deep clean the unit if guest is in violation of this rule. Please note that the beach and the "strip" gets very busy during the peak season and this results in increase noise from cars and people on the strip The home is not far from Oceana Air Station and sometimes jet noise impacts the area
