The space Built in 2018, this brand new home immediately impresses with the striking architectural design of its two-story tall foyer that leads you past the large formal dining room that is perfect for special occasions and holiday dining. The dining room is adjacent to the spacious kitchen that has ample counter-top space and a great island which looks onto the breakfast area and family room with a two-story tall, gorgeous cathedral ceiling. The ground floor has a powder room and a laundry room, that may be utilized as a “mud room”, that connects the garage and the kitchen. You, our upstairs guests, will marvel at the loft which overlooks the foyer and the living space. The second floor has, besides the loft, three bedrooms, all with walk-in closets and a full bath with dual vanities. You'll find everything you need to feel at home, starting with clean, comfortable bedding and private access to the upstairs loft. Located on a quiet street in one of the newest, and hottest spots in Manor, you can enjoy both the country views and city-life while maintaining your peace and privacy within this private community. With a functional writing desk, 50-inch widescreen TV with Amazon Firestick (to stream your Netflix, Hulu, Prime, and more), Wi-Fi, coupled with free, available street parking, dozens of restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and venues nearby, you'll have no problem settling in! Free, convenient street parking is available and a special alarm security code will also be provided to you upon booking for easy in-and-out access. The only times you may potentially cross paths with your friendly host family is either when using the kitchen or entering/exiting the home. We are having these re-printed this week as we have upgraded and redecorated our home thus making certain photos irrelevant. Private/Shared Summary: your areas include the entire upstairs loft (3 bedrooms, casual living area, 1 bathroom). The downstairs kitchen and half bathroom are shared. If you would like to use the white dining table and chairs, please let us know first. The formal living room downstairs is not included in this reservation and is not to be accessed by guests.
