Comfy room located between beach and downtown

House located in Historic Kenwood Saint Petersburg six blocks to the Grand Central shopping and dining area. Only 9 miles from St. Pete Beach. Double size bed accommodates two. Upon visit, guests have access to kitchen, bath, house cat (Olivia) and yard. Feel free to ask for information on seasonal events/activities for St. Pete. The space the house was built in 1936. It originally belonged to the church behind my house. The house has been restored to its original design with an addition added in 2016. Guest access I want you to feel comfortable while you are in my home. You will have access to the back porch and yard there is a grill and additional outdoor seating located on the east side of the property . You are welcome to watch TV in the den. Cook meals in the kitchen. I will ask that you clean as you cook. There is no dishwasher. During your stay I Can give as much or as little attention as you desire.
