"The Laundry Room" is a brand new studio hosted by Park Residences in a space that literally used to be a utility room since all the way back in the 50's and is now a completely remodeled studio with brand new walls, pipes, appliances, heaters, everything you can think of. We offer free high speed internet, coffee, Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Amazon Prime Video for our guests to enjoy. Please note that there is a rental unit on the second floor The space Guests can use ground level studio and enclosed yard. Please understand that we are slowly making improvements to our property like bringing in a firepit, outdoor grill and things of that nature and guests do have access to those as well. We are also cleaning up the yard and our focus will shift on improving the landscape afterwards. Other things to note *****Sep 1st 2025- The Town of Grand Lake has commenced construction of the new “Space to Create” development across the street from us and there might be heavy equipment working near by****** Please note that there is another rental unit on the second floor. We did our best to address the noise concerns by doubling the walls and using soundproofing methods but there would still be some muffled sounds coming through the walls. We also stopped accepting pets due to the same reason- sometimes pets go wild when owner is not around and we’re trying any method that might help keeping it a good experience for everyone. Please treat other guests as they were your neighbors at home and be respectful to other just as they should be respectful to you.
