The home boasts 3 bedrooms sleeping 10 people total-Room 1 double bed sleeping 2 people. Room two 2 Double beds sleeping 4 people. Room 3 Double Bunk beds sleeping 4 people. A large covered deck, private sand beach area, Fire pit (wood included), BBQ (Propane Tank provided) large yard, Wifi, beach deck, parking for many vehicles if required, area for tents, air conditioner, bathroom with laundry machine, shower, TV with satellite, Wifi, 1 acre property-paths to beach. The space We have a lovely Private camp for rent which is located about 5 minutes outside of Gore Bay on beautiful Tobacco Lake. A large covered deck, private sand beach area, Fire pit (wood included- UNLESS FIRE BAN IS ON), BBQ (Propane Tank provided) large yard, beach deck, parking for many vehicles if required, area for tents, air conditioning, bathroom with laundry machines, shower, TV with satellite/wifi - note; the camp is cleaned between uses but we do NOT take out all the dishes and wash the cupboards every time it is booked. If this bothers you please do not book this location. It is cleaned out professionally at the start of the 4 week booking season. It is child and dog friendly- so we all have to be a little understanding when renting it. NOTE: This property is NOT the one to book if you are looking for it professionally cleaned. It is professionally cleaned at the start of the season- ALL bedding and floors will be washed/cleaned prior to your arrival but they will NOT be hotel quality. This is Manitoulin Island and there are bugs. Bugs are cleaned when spotted but if you go looking you will find dead bugs. We also do NOT take out every pot and pan to make sure it is clean and do the cupboards after every booking. If you use the BBQ; you will need to clean it before and after with the FREE propane provided. There is not enough time in a 4 hour turn over to do so. That is why you aren't charged a cleaning fee. If this is a problem please book the places that you are charged a cleaning fee. This is a family friendly and pet friendly property; so there is hair and stickiness that we again clean but if you see a hair that is why we are being very forthcoming with this information- therefore we clean it as best we can but we are not professional cleaners. I need to stress this before it is booked because there have been issues with people who know this, still book and then complain that there was toaster crumbs in the cupboard. A very fun camp to put your feet up and relax- not the camp if you are looking for an executive home. Guest access Entire property excluding basement. (Do not enter basement)
