Welcome to my peaceful and light-filled home! Nestled in a quiet and safe neighborhood, you’re just minutes away from Highland Park (6 min), Silver Lake (5 min), and Atwater Village (5 min). The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy sofa, a queen-size bed, two workspaces, an AC unit, and an air purifier for extra comfort. Enjoy fast, free Wi-Fi, a private balcony, and an abundance of natural light. Street parking is easy and hassle-free with plenty of space and no permit required. The space There are 3 main areas: the living room, the kitchen and the bedroom. I spend most of my time on my balcony so I consider it another room sort of. It is a perfect space for a single person or for a couple. There is plenty or light throughout the day and it is very quiet and relaxing. Guest access You will have access to the entire unit/apartment. Other things to note Note: For the moment, due to COVID safety restrictions, we do not provide bedding or towels.
