Cozy & Clean Private Room and Bathroom In Home in Downtown! Only a mile from Mercedes Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, Aquarium, and Centennial Park as well as the Hottest Nightlife and Restaurants in Atl! Atl Braves Baseball Stadium only 20 min away. Great for Singles or a Couple looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay near the City. Complimentary bottled water on arrival as we know how tiresome traveling can be :) The space WiFi & Smart Tv with Netflix included. Closet with hangers and Clothes steamer available upon request. There is a 4.4 cu ft refrigerator w/freezer and microwave in your room. Living room and Eat in kitchen you are welcome to sit and relax in. Food in the main refrigerator/freezer is not included but you are welcome to use any tray condiments :) There are Tv’s in every room including the bathroom with Netflix so you may relax while taking a nice bath. Bathroom is down the hall and not in the bedroom but is exclusively yours. All linens are Washed & Sanitized after each guest. Guest access There is Driveway and there is free parking across the street. There is No parking on the grass. During your stay This is a 3 bedroom house in which I stay on premises. So if you need anything I won’t be far, feel free to ask! :) I have also placed lots of extras such as toothbrushes, body wash, incontinence and other things you may have forgotten and need during your stay :) Other things to note This is a nice, comfortable, sanitized and stylish home for you to stay in. It has a great front porch for people watching and downtown is only 5 traffic lights away.
