Light refreshment area with microwave, fridge, mini toaster, electric kettle and Keurig. Close to Northwell hospital and 20 mins by foot to LIRR train station. 10 minutes driving to all supermarkets, shops, library and Stepping Stone Park. Host is highly allergic to cats and dogs. No Pets Allowed! The space The place very spacious and newly renovated, sparkling clean. Strict house rules This listing is 100% NO smoking or vaping. No tobacco or cannabis products of any type in or on the property. Smoking inside the home will result in 200 dollars fine and immediate eviction without refund. However, if items are left, I’ll make every effort to return them to you after we come to a consensus. There are cameras outside of the property in ACTIVE and RECORDING MODE. It records VISUALLY and AUDIBLY 24/7 during our guests stay. Cameras are located at walkway, driveway, entrance/exits for safety reasons. Guest access The space can accommodate max of 2 guests. Private entrance is in the back of the house with smart lock. Access code will be sent on the day the guest checks in. The apartment has one flight of stairs with about 15 steps. Parking Guest can park on our driveway (the side near the walkway) during your stay to make it convenient for you. If park on the driveway, try going up at a 45 degree angle at the curb to avoid scraping. Don’t park on the street in front of the house between 2am to 6am. There is parking restriction during that time.
