NO SERVICE FEES. Our 1st floor apartment and it’s location in Avondale/Logan Square will leave you impressed. Only a quick walk to the Logan Sq CTA Blue Line stop and our street is full of families and long time residents. Free street parking. 5 guests total are allowed, but additional fee for more than 3 guests. If you are a family larger than 3 traveling with children, fee is negotiable, please mention it. PLEASE read the ADDITIONAL RULES and OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE. The space Be aware that we, the hosts and homeowners, live in this house on the 2nd floor. Any rule violations will probably be noticed very quickly. We do not encourage groups that plan to have parties. This living situation will not be a good fit for them. If you like to cook or if you need to be in control of your food due to food allergies, the kitchen is FULLY stocked with everything you need to prepare and serve full meals. Stove top range, oven, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, coffee maker, toaster, cookbooks, full set of knives, cupboard full of spices, serving utensils, large spoons and spatulas, plates and bowls, glasses and mugs, various size pots and pans, measuring cups and spoons, casserole dishes, baking sheets, broiler pan, food processors, colander. We have a good supply of things for kids and parents of kids. We have a crib, pack 'n' play, diaper genie, stroller, high-chair, potty seat, and a wagon or talking walks around the neighborhood or to the Farmer's Market. If there is something specific you think you may need to make parenting easier during your stay here, please ask us. For the summer, there are window AC units in the Master bedroom and the front room. In the winter the apartment is kept warm with hot water radiators. The couch in the front room can be pulled out and sleep one or two if needed. There is no smoking of any kind allowed indoors. Bringing a pet is only allowed with our prior permission. We have a garage space that is sometimes available for guests. Are you here for work? We provide a workspace. There is high-speed Wi-Fi throughout. The SmartTV in the front room offers apps like Netflix or digital channels through the antenna. The sound system is also bluetooth ready for you to stream music from your phone or tablet. We also have a turntable and records for you to go back in time with. **1st floor, 4-rm apt w/ 2 bdrm / 1 bth in Logan Sq./Avondale. 5 min walk to Blue Line. Quiet street, yet w/ 25+ restaurants/ bars within 1/2 mile. Master bdrm queen bed, 2nd bdrm twin bed, and living rm sofa that opens up to sleep. High-end kitchen fully set up (details below). Free laundry, hi-speed Wi-Fi, SmartTV, turntable & records, backyard to enjoy. Early luggage drop, self-check-in w/ smart lock. Dogs OK w/ permission $100 per stay. NO PARTIES.** Guest access You will have your own access code for the front door. It will be deleted from the keypad after you check-out. Future guests do not receive their access code until just before they arrive. We take these steps for everybody's safety, to ensure that previous and future guests do not have a working access code. Besides having your own private apartment we invite you to share our backyard and deck and front porch. If you need to do some laundry please just ask and we will be happy to show you and it is free of charge. Other things to note We live upstairs so please no late night loud noise. And no smoking, vaping or e-cigarette use while indoors. Maximum guests = 5 After 3 guests we charge an additional $75 per guest, due to the additional cleaning and laundry. If you are a family larger than 3 and traveling with children, the fee is negotiable, so please mention it. We will notice the amount of guests in your group so please be up front about this. We want this to be an enjoyable time for everybody. We have a dog, two indoor cats and one outdoor cat. They will stay out of your space. We allow dogs for $100 per stay but you must send us a REQUEST BEFORE you make the booking so we can discuss it. We never allow guests to bring cats. We only allow dogs who are crate-trained. If you leave your dog behind it must be kept in a crate. We charge $100 for any violation of these rules and another $100 for deep cleaning if your pet soils the space -- and extra charges for any damage. Registration Details R22000077323
