Perfectly situated on International Drive, you’ll be steps away from countless restaurants, shops, and attractions. Our unit is also just a short drive from Universal Orlando, SeaWorld, and Disney World The space Our suite has renovated as of May 2020 , has 2 bedrooms , each bedroom has a private bathroom. With brand new furniture, big Jacuzzi Bathroom . MASTER BEDROOM offers 1 queen size bed with TV , 2 person JACUZZI , Spa Shower Panel and Bathroom for a delicious rest after a training day in Orlando. PRIVATE BATH WITH toilet, Spa shower panel and Jacuzzi. The SECOND BEDROOM has 2 Bunk bed , with 1 twin bed and 1 Single bed. The other has 2 single bed, private Bathroom with bathtub and Spa Shower Panel. PRIVATE BATH with toilet and bathtub with Spa shower panel. The KITCHEN is fully equipped with refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, stove with 2 burners, microwave, toaster, Super Hero waffle Maker, and cooking utensils. Please note that there is no full oven in the apartment ; only a double burner cook-top that it's perfect for easy quick meals. The kitchen bar holds space for 3 people. The LIVING ROOM area has a full size SOFA BED with brand new 65 inch TV , a and a 4 dining table set. While the apartment can accommodate 9 guests, keep in mind 2 guest will have to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room which is open to the kitchen, therefore the 5th and 6th guests will not have much privacy and less comfort than the others sleeping in the bedrooms. Guest access PARKING The building has a free open parking. SWIMMING POOL POOL 1 Open from 9:00am-6:00pm daily. POOL 2 (located next to building 2) *Pool towels are NOT provided* GYM The resort has a gym located next to the lobby. Open from 9:00am-6:00pm daily. TENNIS Tennis court is located at the side of the building. LAUNDRY The laundry room is located on the 3rd and 4th floor. It takes debit/credit cards. (The unit doesn’t have a washer or dryer) TRASH There is a trash room located on the 2nd floor of each building, where you must discard your trash bags. Trash may not be left in guest hallways or anywhere on the exterior of the property. ICE MACHINE / VENDING ROOM Located on 5th floor Other things to note You will get information about the access once you complete the reservation. Our Unit is Airbnb Style not Hotel, which means that we DON'T replenish towels or cleaning services during your stay. However, if you desire, you may ask for a cleaning services paying the extra fee. As a courtesy you will receive One bath towel per guest, 2 hand towels and 2 wash clothes, 2 roll of toilet paper, a set of shampoo, conditioner, body shower and soap all hotel size; 1 roll of paper towel, 1 Detergent and 1 sponge. As an Private Unit we are not affiliated with the hotel services. So we cannot offer housekeeping, shuttle or breakfast. As our Unit is inside a hotel. In case of emergency, the hotel employees have the right to enter the units without prior notice. Anything that is broke, damage or missing will be deduct and report to Airbnb. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed. Parties or Celebrations are NOT allow. Or either loud music/noise. If you require an earlier check in and/or a later check out, it may be possible depending if I do not have another guest leaving or arriving on the same dates for an EXTRA FEE.
