Downtown Amarillo is about 3 miles. Palo Duro Canyon is about 20 minutes drive. The canyon offers hiking, zip lining, horseback riding, the play Texas, and etc. This Cozy Duplex is a home away from home with beautiful backyard with outdoor seating and grill. Including WIFI and smart TV for streaming programs. Guest access Two separate keyless keypad with two different codes. Other things to note The duplex is on a main road. To most guests, this is not a huge problem. However, to the light sleeper, the road noise could be an issue. We can provide white noise machine upon advance notice.
