Only 30 minutes from Downtown Sacramento, 10 mins to Folsom Lake/American River, < 75 mins to Tahoe & Napa. The space The Casita (guesthouse) is located behind the main house on the property. Right next to the Casita, there is a patio with seating options. The pool and spa are also on the property. The entire property has a no-smoking policy. Guest access Street parking is free and always available. To access the property, you will have to walk down a path/hill. Please note: this is not ADA accessible. To enter your room, you will have a code that is valid for your entire stay.
