"Henson - Upper" is the second level and features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, large kitchen, living and dining area. "Henson - Lower (C062)" is on the first floor and includes a ramp and also features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, a large kitchen and living and dining areas. The upper and lower levels are both accessed from outside. Each floor has a large open porch with swing, rockers, table and chairs. There is an outdoor shower shared for both units and a designated golf cart parking and charging station with room for two carts. Upon request a portable crib and high chair can be made available. Come experience beach living the way it used to be, you'll be glad that you did!. Simple, efficient, and close to the sand and water. Lovingly maintained with great respect to it's history while also keeping it relevant for today's more discriminating guests, this home is made for making wonderful memories with your family. This is a non-smoking unit. No pets allowed. Occupancy: 6 Stay Restrictions: Saturday/Saturday rental in Summer. Minimum three night stay other seasons. Renter Requirements: Renters must be a minimum of 25 years old. Groups of unrelated occupants that do not reside in the same primary residence must be 30 years old. Bedding Configuration: 2 Queens, 2 Twins Parking: Parking behind home for three vehicles. Pet Policy: No pets or dogs allowed. House Rule #16 outlines the process for Emotional Support and Service Animals as well as penalty fees that will be applied to your account should a pet be brought to a home that does not accept pets. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable). The person who books must be at least 25 and stay at the property for the entire reservation. • After You Book Keep an eye on the email address provided once your booking is confirmed! You’ll receive a message titled “Bryant Real Estate Rental Agreement.” Sometimes it lands in Promotions or Marketing folders, depending on your email settings. This email includes important steps to complete your reservation. • Travel Insurance We recommend purchasing Trip Preserver travel insurance from Red Sky – so you can plan for the unexpected. Whether it's an illness, a weather event, lost baggage, or canceled flights that prevent travel or interrupt your vacation, Trip Preserver covers a wide range of events to help keep your vacation dreams alive.
