New apartment in private home in nice neighborhood

Well lit. Living space and bathroom are new. Upstairs bedroom has been recently refinished. Make-shift kitchen includes fridge, standalone freezer, hotplate, microwave, air fryer, toaster, and large sink, with cooking and eating utensils. The space Living space and bathroom on main floor have radiant heat under tile. Upstairs bedroom and stairs are hardwood, so there is no carpeting. TV has Fios cable and Amazon Firestick. Guests will use a separate entrance. The apt and the home are connected by a door which is secured shut during your stay. Guest access There is a separate, back sliding door entrance that is easy to access. Other things to note We ask that you clean all cookware, appliances and utensils that you use. We have a good-natured cat named Jake. who you may spot roaming our yard. If you are allergic to cats our place may not be a great choice. No smoking, please.
