The Chalet

This two story chalet with upper and lower decks has three bedrooms with a private queen bedroom downstairs, a private queen bedroom with private bath upstairs and an additional bedroom with two twin beds upstairs. The main level also provides a living area with a fold down bed for extra guests, a main bath and small kitchen area. Off the main deck is an additional private area with an outdoor charcoal grill for you and your guest to enjoy. There is a large backyard with cement basketball court, volleyball net, playground equipment and a lovely stream. There is also a picnic shelter with gas and charcoal grills and a beautiful sitting area by our outdoor fireplace. We are available at all times of the day to help with your stay. We can help with any needs that you might have to make your stay more comfortable while you are with us. We are also around to answer any questions about the area and what family fun things there are to do in the beautiful Black Hills and surrounding areas. We are centrally located in the Black Hills and just minutes from Mt Rushmore, Custer State Park, 1880 Train, Crazy Horse, Reptile Gardens and Bear Country. There are several lakes close by, hiking trails and ATV trails start right across the street. There are many trails nearby. Weather you are looking to bike on the Michelson trail, hike any of the vast number of trails or ATV on the 600 miles of trails for ATV, UTV and other off-road riders, Hill City is located just one mile away and can provide you with both bike and ATV rentals. Hill City also provides hikers and outdoors adventurers a great shopping area to help you find the gear you need.
