Guest suite in Cotati

This is a cozy studio with it's own entry, kitchen, bathroom, black out curtains, WiFi & parking. There's a patio with table, chairs and a heater that you're welcome to share with me, and you'll have garden views from the Suite. It's located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of downtown Cotati, Oliver's Market (the best!) and other restaurants, services, and the SMART train station. I live in the main house & have two little dogs & a big cat that rules the roost. Welcome! The space I've limited the maximum stay to 60 days. If you want to stay longer, we can certainly talk about it. For longer stays, I hope to send in the cleaning crew for the kitchen and bathroom during your stay (no extra charge). Guest access You'll enter from the back gate & through the garden (it's easy to navigate). There's a ramp up to the unit, so suitcases are easy to bring in. If you're arriving after dark, I'll leave the light on, and ask that you turn it off when you're settled. Other things to note The bed is a full size bed...comfy for one and cozy for two. I'll provide a small care package to get you through the first night (toothbrush, tooth paste, soap, shampoo, conditioner, coffee, sugar, creamer....and may surprise you with a snack).
