Comes with 4 seater golf cart and access to pool, exercise room (with saunas) jacuzzi, 18 hole mini golf course, tennis courts, sandy beach with volleyball net and BBQs. Condo is fully furnished, living room and master bedroom both connected to a large balcony with amazing view. The space The maximum amount of guests I can host per City of Avalon Vacation Rental Permit regulations is 6 total, please no more than 6 guests. This does not necessarily mean that the condo sleeps 6, it is up to guests to decide how they prefer their individual sleeping arrangements. Total beds are listed and I can provide air mattresses if needed if given prior notice Other things to note Please only 6 guests maximum due to City of Avalon vacation rental permit laws! Disclaimer: this condo is located 3 levels when walking down from top access, so there are a fair amount of stairs, and Hamilton Cove does not have elevators Similarly we understand your boat or helicopter might arrive much earlier than check in time or depart much later than check out time, we MAY be able to help store your bags and give you a golf cart to use during that down time but it's not a guarantee especially in the spring/summer months when things are very busy. We have noticed a lot of reviews saying that we provide that service, but it is only if our schedule allows it. There is luggage storage right where the boats come in and there are plenty of things to do while waiting for the condo to be cleaned or for your boat to depart, it doesn't hurt to ask but please understand if we can't provide those extra services! :) **All guests assume liability of operating a motor vehicle and all other associated laws, and are responsible for any parking/traffic tickets. Guests also represent and warrant that they have in place current automobile property and liability insurance, and will provide proof of same to owner on request, and that they will defend and indemnity owner from any damage arising out of use of any vehicle. Guests agree to send proof of a valid license and insurance for drivers to Owners before use of any vehicle
