Guesthouse in Lincoln

A " little" taste of Nebraska! Serene, private guesthouse/cabin on acreage - just minutes from downtown Lincoln and Husker Stadium, and just off Interstate 80 -with easy on/off access. There are trails, trees, and a private picnic area. The Little House IS BIG on charm and privacy! If you are staying in Lincoln, think “Big Red" -Little House! The space Studio room with kitchenette- fridge with freezer, microwave, coffeemaker (with coffee provided), toaster, dishes ; shower in bathroom, double bed (sleeps 1-2), small fold-out couch (sleeps one small person). Guest access Entire " little house" (with own parking area); outdoor space (pasture) behind the Little House (unfenced area), picnic area and walking trails on property. The Gravel driveway back to the little house is very accessible to all cars, except perhaps the lowest riding sports cars. We have parking in the front available -if that is ever a problem. Other things to note While very comfortable and cozy, the Little House is not a luxury "hotel room" experience. The hot water is very limited, meaning a very short shower, and there is no TV, Wi-Fi, or some other amenities a typical hotel room has. But if you love the outdoors, wide open space, quiet and privacy, and the occasional sightings of deer, turkey, and other wildlife -while being less than 10 minutes to downtown Lincoln- you will love it :)
